It’s officially dove season in most places, and that means the sounds of shotguns are filling the morning air once again. If you’re like us, you can’t wait to knock a dove (or 50) out of the sky, round ‘em up, clean ‘em off and get to eating.
The only problem? There are countless ways to cook dove (all of which are scrumptious) and it can be tough to pick the right recipe. Here are a couple of our favorites:
Fried dove
